ADMISSIONS PROCEDURES

Please select one of the following options to apply for admission for your child to Cannons Creek Independent School:
 

1. For the Primary School please contact Dawn Hutton on 021 531 0912  or info@cannonscreek.co.za. For the High School please contact Terri van Haght on 021 531 5011 or infohs@cannonscreek.co.za to enquire about our enrolment options and to request an Application Form.

2. See the online application button below. Please remember to attach your ID, your child's birth certificate and a copy of their most recent school report.

3. Alternatively you can download the form directly from the fragment below this article and mail your enquiry directly to the respective secretary.

Once the School is in receipt of your Application Form, a secretary will contact you, the parents, to set a time and date for an interview with either Mrs. Tracy Wahl for the Primary School or with Mr. Mike van Haght for the High School, should there be a space available.

All applicants will be requested to undergo a placement assessment, in order to ensure the pupil’s academic competency for Cannons Creek School. The cost of the Application is R400.00 and this amount is required to be paid on submission of the Application Form.

On acceptance of the pupil, the parents will receive a Letter of Acceptance together with necessary documentation including the Parent Contract.  The duly signed and completed Parent Contract should be returned to the respective secretary.

Before final admission parents are required to pay a R4000.00 non-refundable Enrolment Fee to secure their child’s place at Cannons Creek. This payment is normally done when submitting their Parent Contact. Upon admission in January, R2000.00  of this fee will be offset against the pupil’s first month’s fees.
